Order to Cash Operations Analyst

Overview

Order to Cash Operations Analyst within Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, responsible for collecting operational data, conducting analysis, reconciling transactions and handling the end-to-end cash collection process.

What you'll do

• Analyze and solve problems of lower complexity.
• Resolve cash application queries and coordinate with customers.
• Apply unapplied cash and reconcile suspense accounts.
• Process transactions, including invoice creation, debit note review and journal entries.
• Handle collections, accounts receivable and order management, including order fulfillment.
• Follow up on revenue-related items with sales teams.
• Support revenue assurance activities and optimize working capital.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team with a focused scope of work.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Experience in billing processing.
• Experience in order fulfillment.
• Experience in accounts receivable.
• Experience in process transformation and project management.

Details

• Location: Gurugram.
• May require working in rotational shifts.
• Moderate level of instruction on daily tasks; detailed instruction on new assignments.
• Day-to-day interaction with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors; limited interaction with clients and Accenture management.
