Order to Cash Operations Analyst in the Finance Operations vertical, handling cash application processing, billing and working capital activities, with a focus on master data management.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports, conduct analysis and reconcile transactions to help determine financial outcomes.
• Optimize working capital by providing real-time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow.
• Streamline billing processes across the order-to-cash cycle, from customer inquiry and sales order through delivery and invoicing.
• Solve queries related to cash applications and coordinate with customers.
• Apply unapplied cash, reconcile suspense accounts in cash application, and process payments from receipt to finalization.
• Architect master data solutions across platforms to consolidate content, synchronize data, and provide centralized maintenance of unified data.
• Enable rich product content management and print publishing, and synchronize global data to ensure consistency and control of master data elements.
• Analyze and solve problems of lower complexity.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Good understanding of cash applications.
• Experience in optimizing working capital.
• Experience in billing processing.
• Experience in order fulfillment.
• Experience in accounts receivable.
• Experience in process transformation and project management.
