Overview

Order to Cash Operations Associate aligned with Finance Operations, supporting financial outcomes through data collection, analysis, transaction reconciliation, and billing/cash application processes.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports and analyze results to determine financial outcomes.
• Reconcile transactions and support end-to-end revenue and cash flow visibility.
• Streamline billing processes covering customer inquiry through delivery and invoicing.
• Handle cash application queries by coordinating with customers.
• Apply unapplied cash, reconcile suspense accounts, and process payments from receipt to finalization.
• Design processes and configure technology for creating and issuing customer invoices and corresponding receivables.

What you'll need

• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Any graduation qualification.
• Good understanding of cash application processes, including applying unapplied cash and suspense account reconciliation.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to handle disputes.
• Basic statistics and terms used in day-to-day business discussions with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage deliverables and help the team when required.
