Order to Cash Operations Associate

Overview

Order to Cash Operations Associate supporting Finance Operations in collecting operational data, reconciling transactions, and managing revenue and cash flow.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data/reports and conduct analysis to determine financial outcomes.
• Reconcile transactions and optimize working capital with real-time visibility on revenue and cash flow.
• Streamline billing processes across the flow from customer inquiry to sales order, delivery, and invoicing.
• Handle cash application queries and coordinate with customers related to cash applications.
• Apply unapplied cash and reconcile suspense account in cash application from payment receipt to finalization.
• Design and support process and technology for creating and issuing customer invoices and corresponding receivables.

What you'll need

• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Knowledge of Order to Cash (OTC) processes.
• BCom qualification.
• Ability to solve routine problems using precedent and general guidelines.
• Ability to work with interactions within your own team and direct supervisor.
• Individual contributor with a predetermined, focused scope of work.
