Overview

Specialist in F&A for the I2C domain, handling account reconciliation, billing postings, collections follow-up, and transaction quality within SLA parameters.

What you'll do

• Handle all I2C-related activities.
• Reconcile the agent account based on remittance provided by the current agent.
• Post policy premium amounts on policy bill lines received from the agent.
• Follow up with agents on delinquent items and amounts in the suspense account.
• Ensure transaction quality complies with predefined SLA metrics.
• Provide relevant process reports on a timely basis.
• Coach and groom team members to build an efficient team.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or Finance.
• Accounting and F&A skills including Cash Application and Collections Management.
• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Receivable Collection, and Accounts Receivable Management (ARM).
• Strong deductions management capabilities.
• English language proficiency at Upper Intermediate (B2).
