Order to Cash Operations Associate

Overview

Order to Cash Operations Associate aligned to Finance Operations, supporting billing and cash-application activities across customer inquiry to invoicing. The role includes analysis, transaction reconciliation, and process/design for invoice creation and issuance.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports, perform analysis, and reconcile transactions to determine financial outcomes.
• Support working capital optimization with real-time visibility into revenue and cash flow.
• Streamline billing processes across customer inquiry, sales order, delivery, and invoicing.
• Process cash application queries and coordinate with customers for cash application issues.
• Handle unapplied cash reconciliation, suspense account reconciliation in cash applications, from payment receipt through finalization.
• Design processes and configure technology to create and issue customer invoices and corresponding receivables.

What you'll need

• Have 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Hold any graduation qualification.
• Demonstrate an understanding of cash applications and related reconciliation processes.
• Be able to work well in a team.
• Be able to handle disputes.
• Use basic statistics and business terms in discussions with stakeholders.
