Overview

Order to Cash Operations Associate supporting Finance Operations, focused on collections and cash application processing.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports, analyze them, and reconcile transactions.
• Optimize working capital with real-time visibility across revenue and cash flow.
• Manage end-to-end revenue processes spanning customer inquiry through sales order to delivery and invoicing.
• Solve cash application queries, apply unapplied cash, and reconcile suspense accounts.
• Handle OTC collection disputes including aged debt reporting, dunning, and bad debt provisioning.
• Perform cash reconciliations, follow up on missing remittances, and prepare accurate refund packages.
• Ensure collections activities, internal controls, standards, and regulations compliance.

What you'll need

• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Any graduation.
• Good understanding of cash applications and applying unapplied cash.
• Experience with unapplied cash reconciliation and suspense account processing.
• Ability to work well in a team.
