PA Associate-Billing

Overview

PA Associate-Billing supports accurate, timely client billing and project financial administration, including variance management across the project lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Prepare and issue draft and final client invoices for Time & Material and Lump Sum projects.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Partners-in-Charge to review and approve billing.
• Process write-offs, billing adjustments, and project variance corrections per approval guidelines.
• Manage milestone billing activities and coordinate updates with the Master Data team.
• Monitor e-billing platforms and maintain accurate invoice statuses.
• Issue client invoices via customer portals and e-invoicing platforms.
• Review and route billing-related tickets, and escalate stalled invoices and billing issues to Financial Project Partners.

What you'll need

• 3-5 years of experience in Project Accounting, O2C, Billing, Revenue Operations, or related finance processes.
• Experience in client invoicing, billing administration, and financial reconciliations.
• Exposure to ERP systems, billing tools, and financial reporting processes.
• Understanding of financial controls, compliance requirements, and approval workflows.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a global environment.
• Ability to work in EMEA or North America shifts.
