Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer

Overview

Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability, using standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms.

What you'll do

• Perform independently and become an SME.
• Actively participate in and contribute to team discussions.
• Contribute solutions to work-related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal operation.
• Document configuration changes and maintain a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

What you'll need

• Minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices.
• Experience working with APIs and integrating third-party tools within ServiceNow ITOM.
• Familiarity with low-code development platforms and configuration management.
• Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify and resolve issues.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 15 years full-time education.
