Paid Media Manager to lead enterprise performance media marketing initiatives across 17 brands, focusing on strategic channel planning and paid media performance.

What you'll do

• Develop actionable insights to improve digital marketing channel performance, with emphasis on social and broad reach channels.
• Provide strategic recommendations to brands on driving incremental traffic and revenue across digital sites.
• Manage 3rd-party media and tech partners on social channels to improve ad investment effectiveness and troubleshoot issues.
• Lead strategic performance marketing and media initiatives across brand and corporate teams to deliver performance growth metrics.
• Define corporate marketing channel strategy for social and broad reach channels within the broader performance mix.
• Own the product roadmap and delivery of new features and ad products for 8+ social media channels.
• Oversee performance marketing testing framework and financial compliance (invoicing and POs) for marketing suppliers.

What you'll need

• Subject matter expertise in performance marketing and paid media, including strategic and activation recommendations.
• Well-developed digital marketing experience, particularly in performance, social, and broad reach channels.
• Deep understanding of performance media analytics, metrics, and dashboards.
• Prior experience influencing and building collaborative relationships with partners and colleagues.
• Experience using GA360 and AdWords/SA360 and related Google Suite tools.
• Experience managing successful digital marketing partner and agency relationships.
