Senior Programmatic Manager

Overview

Senior Programmatic Manager to optimize programmatic campaign performance, deliver reporting insights, and support client account growth at a global digital marketing agency.

What you'll do

• Optimise campaign performance across programmatic platforms.
• Develop weekly and monthly reporting insights from performance.
• Partner with Business Development on strategies for prospective clients.
• Communicate with clients through written and in-person communication.
• Interpret attribution modelling and 3rd-party analytics data.
• Lead weekly status meetings, assigning tasks and timelines.
• Engage in deal economics, media allocation, and advertiser investment decisions.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience in display and programmatic advertising in an agency environment.
• Knowledge of display advertising, including real-time bidding, ad networks, DSPs, and attribution models.
• Knowledge specifically within Google Marketing Platform.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Macros and SQL capability.
• Experience with numerical detail and analysis.
• Business writing skills to produce high-quality documents.
• Ability to work in a structured way and handle competing demands.
