Paid Media Specialist

Overview

The Paid Media Specialist plans, launches, maintains, updates, and optimizes paid search/SEM and paid media campaigns to support global digital marketing efforts.

What you'll do

• Plan and execute paid media campaigns across programmatic, search, and social channels.
• Allocate and optimize budgets across campaigns and media channels to maximize ROI.
• Monitor and analyze performance using KPIs such as CTR, conversions, and CPA.
• Run A/B testing across audiences, creative, bidding strategies, and landing pages to improve outcomes.
• Identify and recommend media program expansions and shifts aligned to department KPIs.
• Manage marketing databases, workflows, and campaign coordination for timely delivery.
• Prepare and present campaign reports and dashboards with actionable insights.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience in B2B customer-driven digital marketing or eCommerce.
• Expertise in paid media channels (programmatic, search, and social) and an understanding of other digital channels.
• Expertise across Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other paid search engines.
• Advanced knowledge of Demand Side Platforms (DSPs), with Adobe DSP listed as a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of campaign management tools including Google platforms and social platforms (LinkedIn, Meta), with Sprinklr as a plus.
• Strong analytical skills covering attribution, conversion tracking, audience strategy, bidding, and campaign measurement.
• Experience with reporting/analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics (preferred).

• Based in Bangalore, India.
• Available during off-hours to participate in US-based team meetings.
