Partner Value Solution Engineer

Overview

The Partner Value Solution Engineer is part of an excellence team supporting the partner ecosystem to position, sell, and deliver NICE solutions through technical go-to-market advising and enablement.

What you'll do

• Lead technical discovery engagements with partners to map customer requirements to joint solutions.
• Support tailored demos and proof-of-concept engagements explaining integrated partner–vendor value.
• Qualify AI use cases based on business value, technical feasibility, data readiness, and measurable outcomes.
• Build and deliver repeatable technical enablement programs and maintain partner-facing enablement assets.
• Own the end-to-end technical relationship with key partners, managing integration patterns and release impact assessments.
• Support scoping and architectural oversight for partner-led services, including capture of lessons learned.

What you'll need

• Experience with AI, conversational AI, virtual agents, agent assist, or automation in CX/contact center environments.
• Ability to translate business outcomes into AI use cases and success criteria.
• Working knowledge of LLMs, generative AI, AI orchestration, integrations, and responsible AI principles.
• Experience supporting AI PoVs, pilots, or customer validation motions.
