Partnerships Lead Southern Europe

Overview

Own and scale Anthropic’s AWS co-sell (GTM) motion across Southern Europe, building the go-to-market playbook with AWS from the ground up.

What you'll do

• Drive AWS co-selling and GTM across Southern Europe, including France, Italy, Spain, and nearby markets.
• Build and maintain trusted executive and field-level relationships with AWS partner and sales organizations.
• Develop and execute joint business plans, co-selling strategies, and enablement programs for regional markets.
• Create and influence pipeline, generate AWS-driven revenue, and own forecasting and attainment to regional targets.
• Partner with Anthropic teams (Sales, Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, international Partnerships) to align regional execution with global strategy.
• Design and run joint customer engagements and marketing/sales plays to accelerate adoption of Anthropic on AWS.
• Lead regional business reviews with AWS regional leadership and internal stakeholders.

What you'll need

• Experience in strategic partnerships, cloud partnerships, or enterprise sales in the enterprise technology sector.
• Direct experience partnering with or working inside a hyperscaler (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
• Proven ability to build cloud partnerships from zero to one without a large local team or pre-existing playbook.
• Knowledge of the Southern European enterprise landscape and cloud ecosystem.
• Experience owning pipeline and revenue targets with understanding of partner and customer economics.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward building.
