People Operations Partner

Overview

People Operations Partner responsible for global, day-to-day People Operations, including employee lifecycle administration, employee support, data quality, and cross-functional People projects.

What you'll do

• Process onboarding, offboarding, transfers, job changes, compensation changes, and related requests.
• Coordinate support for employees and managers across regions and time zones.
• Execute global People processes while accounting for local requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee files and HRIS records.
• Respond to questions about policies, processes, benefits, and systems.
• Prepare HRIS reports and support dashboards and people metrics.
• Support HRIS improvements, workflow redesign, policy rollouts, audits, and automation initiatives.

What you'll need

• 1–3 years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, HR coordination, generalist work, or a related role.
• Experience supporting onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day HR transactions.
• Ability to work with a global or multi-country workforce across time zones.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Clear professional written and verbal communication.
• Discretion with confidential employee information.
• Confidence using spreadsheets and HR systems to pull reports and maintain clean records.

Nice to have

• Experience with HiBob, Rippling, Workday, BambooHR, or similar HRIS platforms.
• Exposure to employee relations, benefits support, or People systems projects.
• Interest in AI and automation for People Operations.
• Startup, high-growth, remote, or multi-entity experience.
