People Operations Talent Enablement Center - Associate 2

Overview

Support the people lifecycle for PwC's Internal Firm Services practice as a People Operations Talent Enablement Center Associate, covering onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, absence management, record keeping and employee inquiry handling.

What you'll do

• Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and other people lifecycle transactions in line with HR procedures
• Process employee data changes, records maintenance, and case updates with accuracy and attention to detail
• Respond to employee inquiries, route issues to the appropriate HR area, and track follow-up actions
• Administer payroll, benefits, absence, and termination activities using HR systems and service delivery tools
• Review HR policies, labor requirements, and internal guidelines to support compliant transaction handling
• Gather information from multiple sources to resolve routine issues and identify patterns in service requests
• Prepare status updates, case documentation, and operational reports that support HR metrics and service tracking
• Apply HR software knowledge to complete administrative tasks and support process improvements

What you'll need

• Full time graduation or the equivalent degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Experience in voice process
• Oral, verbal and written proficiency in English
• Excellent communication
• End to end experience on HR function
• US payroll experience

Nice to have

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Measurement, Data Science, Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology, or a related field
• Analyzing employee data to identify patterns and trends
• Using HR software and metrics to support service delivery
• Communicating clearly across varied stakeholders and team members
• Applying feedback to improve processes and personal growth
