Performing Ops Support Associate

Overview

As a Performing Ops Support Associate, you provide administrative and operational support to assigned teams or managers and help ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

What you'll do

• Provide administrative, operational, and staff support for assigned groups or managers.
• Handle report writing, tracking, and compiling tasks.
• Perform research, exception processing, data entry, and record keeping/data maintenance.
• Support compliance with internal and regulatory standards, guidelines, and procedures.
• Optionally review and evaluate work quality and productivity standards.
• Optionally review reports and loan files to support quality loan operations execution.

What you'll need

• Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically have 1 to 3 years of total experience in data entry and process-driven tasks.
• Demonstrate administrative skills with acute attention to detail.
• Show strong reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Be able to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Have strong personal computer skills for office software and equipment.

Details

• Work mode: 5 days in office.
• Shift timing: 8.00 AM - 5.00 PM.
• Location: Chennai, India.
