Perf Ops Support Assoc

Overview

Perf Ops Support Assoc provides administrative, operational, and staff support for assigned groups or managers, including reporting, tracking, research, and data maintenance.

What you'll do

• Provide administrative, operational, and staff support to assigned group(s) or manager(s).
• Handle report writing, tracking, compiling, research, exception processing, data entry, and record keeping.
• Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards, guidelines, and procedures.
• May review and evaluate work quality and productivity standards for a product line or work area.
• May review reports and loan files to support quality execution of loan operations activities.
• Use PC-based software for word processing, graphics, spreadsheets, and databases.

What you'll need

• Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically have 2 to 4 years of experience in an operational support role.
• Demonstrate administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Have strong reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Be able to identify and resolve exceptions and interpret data.
• Have strong personal computer skills.

Details

• Work mode: 5 days in office.
• Shift timings: 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM.
• Location: Chennai, India.
