Player-Coach Sales Leader

Overview

Player-Coach Sales Leader – India to build and grow sales in the India market, initially as an individual contributor and then transitioning into first-level sales leadership.

What you'll do

• Drive net-new business pipeline through continuous prospecting and a hunter mindset.
• Use consultative, AI-first solution selling to translate customer challenges into cloud and professional services opportunities.
• Develop and execute closing plans with executive-level stakeholders to negotiate and close agreements.
• Manage complex sales cycles end-to-end from prospecting and discovery to solution design and closure.
• Build the India sales strategy and partner with cross-functional teams to execute regional growth initiatives.
• Recruit, onboard, develop, and mentor a high-performing sales team while establishing a sales culture for consistent revenue growth.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of experience setting up, leading, and growing a sales team in the Indian market.
• 5+ years of quota-carrying cloud services or professional services sales experience.
• 8–12 years of progressive B2B technology sales experience managing enterprise-level sales cycles.
• Hands-on knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with GCP strongly preferred.
• Proven experience managing the complete sales cycle with executive-level decision makers.
• CRM proficiency with Salesforce highly preferred; experience using sales analytics and enablement tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and an MBA, or equivalent combination.
