Overview
Hands-on Power Apps Developer designing, configuring, and building custom solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform, with support for an MPP application.
What you'll do
- Drive Microsoft Power Platform implementations across discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy phases.
- Gather client sales, marketing, and customer service requirements during discovery meetings.
- Deliver Power Apps solutions plus related Power Platform services including Power BI, SharePoint, and Power Automate.
- Design and implement Power Platform solutions based on customer requirements.
- Automate business processes using Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Conduct end-user training and maintain knowledge transfer documentation.
- Provide subject matter expertise for Power Platform system architecture, configuration, design, and security.
What you'll need
- Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience.
- Ability to commute onsite to the client as needed depending on location.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DHS “Public Trust” clearance; US citizenship is contractually required.
- Bachelor’s degree (4yr college degree).
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint 2013 or newer (including on-premise and SharePoint Online) and SharePoint Designer.
- Experience with PowerApps/Power Automate (M365 suite) and designing complex common data models.
- Core skills: C#, SQL, .Net, Power Apps, SharePoint, Microsoft Dataverse (CDS), and Power Automate.
Nice to have
- Experience with a “Big 4” or equivalent consulting firm and/or Microsoft Gold partner.
- BA/BS degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Experience with public sector clients.
- Skills development with Agile or Hybrid-Agile methodology.

- Travel required: up to 25%.
