Principal Architect-AI/ML

Overview

Lead the development and deployment of automotive AI/ML systems, including small language models, multimodal models, and AI orchestration layers across edge and cloud environments.

What you'll do

• Develop and optimize small language models for in-vehicle conversational AI and reasoning.
• Deploy AI models on CPU, NPU, and GPU edge devices.
• Build AI orchestration layers for intent routing, tool routing, policy engines, and context management.
• Integrate voice, visual perception, and sensor-fusion systems across cockpit, ADAS, and connected services.
• Design ML pipelines and MLOps workflows for training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with embedded, cloud, data engineering, HMI, and system integration teams.

What you'll need

• Up to 8+ years of AI/ML experience.
• Strong experience in deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
• Experience with LLM/SLM fine-tuning and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents, tool-using LLMs, and orchestration frameworks.
• Python is mandatory; C++ is preferred.
• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow, AI APIs, model lifecycle management, CI/CD, and data pipelines.
• Experience deploying models on embedded, edge, and cloud platforms.

Nice to have

• Automotive domain exposure in ADAS, cockpit, or connectivity.
• Experience with speech AI, AUTOSAR, embedded systems, vehicle data platforms, or simulation environments.
• Experience using C++ APIs or NNAPI for optimized edge inference.

• Hybrid work environment, with office-based roles onsite three days a week.
