Principal Engineer for Generative AI Data & Analytics, advising leadership and delivering long-term engineering solutions for complex, enterprise needs.

What you'll do

• Advise leadership on developing or influencing applications, security, databases, operating systems, or web technologies.
• Lead strategy and resolution for highly complex, unique cross-area/enterprise challenges.
• Translate business objectives and the enterprise technology environment into technical engineering solutions.
• Provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership for innovative business solutions.
• Recommend innovations by staying current with industry best practices and new technologies.
• Serve as an expert advisor across levels of professionals and managers in the enterprise.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of engineering experience (or equivalent via work, training, military experience, or education).
• Experience building scalable batch and streaming pipelines for GenAI data (telemetry, usage, model outputs).
• Experience creating executive BI dashboards for GenAI insights (usage, performance, cost, reliability).
• Experience supporting Generative AI, Machine Learning, or AI platform initiatives.
• Knowledge of MLOps/AIOps, model monitoring, and AI observability frameworks.
• Relevant cloud certifications such as Azure Data Engineer, Databricks, or Snowflake.
