Principal – Power Automate & Data Analytics (ITSM Governance Automation)

Principal Power Automate & Data Analytics Engineer focused on transforming ITSM Governance via automation, analytics, and AI-driven workflow optimization.

What you'll do

• Define and execute an enterprise roadmap for ITSM governance automation.
• Architect and build enterprise-grade Power Automate workflows for governance and reporting activities.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reporting platforms for governance KPIs and compliance.
• Build analytics for governance functions, including predictive and trend analytics and executive scorecards.
• Partner with ITSM process owners to modernize governance processes and automate recurring governance activities.
• Leverage Microsoft Copilot/AI capabilities to enhance governance workflows and analytics.
• Establish and manage Power Platform governance standards, including security, access control, and documentation.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of overall IT experience.
• 8+ years of experience in automation, analytics, or enterprise platform engineering.
• 5+ years of hands-on Power Platform development experience.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale automation initiatives.
• Experience working within regulated or governance-intensive environments.
