Overview

Procure to Pay Operations Senior Analyst aligned with the Finance Operations vertical, collecting operational data reports, conducting analysis and reconciling transactions to help determine financial outcomes.

What you'll do

• Analyze Finance Operations data and reconcile transactions.
• Support end to end Procure to Pay, vendor compliance, savings, discounts and pricing checks.
• Process vendor and T&E payments via checks, wire, SWIFT and direct debits, using manual payments and automated runs.
• Review duplicate payment reports, take action and apply payment controls, with knowledge of taxation, purchasing and receiving of goods and services.
• Handle the systematic management of incoming invoices, verifying accuracy, matching with purchase orders and delivery receipts, and initiating the payment process.
• Use automated systems and software to streamline and expedite the invoice processing workflow.
• Analyze and solve increasingly complex problems.
• Seek and provide meaningful and actionable feedback in all interactions.
• Look for ways to enhance value for stakeholders and clients.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 5 to 8 years of experience.
• Invoice Processing.
• Payment Processing Operations.
• Finance Processes.
• Ability to perform under pressure.
• Ability to meet deadlines.

Nice to have

• Systems Knowledge.
• Exposure to Yardi ERP.
• Industry Experience.
• Experience in Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs).

Details

• Location: Bengaluru.
• You will be given minimal instruction on daily work tasks and a moderate level of instructions on new assignments.
• Day-to-day interactions are with peers within Accenture, with some interaction with clients and or Accenture management.
• Individual contributor and or oversee a small work effort and or team.
• May require working in rotational shifts.
