Overview

Procurement Operations Associate working within a procurement management team focused on buying goods and services and supporting tactical procurement activities.

What you'll do

• Support procurement operations beyond routine purchase order processing to help reduce costs and add value.
• Help with identification of need, supplier qualification, proposal requests, negotiation, contracting, delivery, and results analysis.
• Analyze and design best practices for tactical and transactional procurement processes.
• Plan implementation using detailed understanding of involved technologies and best-practice process output measures.
• Set up and maintain suppliers, catalog content, user authorization data, and procurement applications.
• Work with procurement applications to enable efficient transactions and maximize compliance.

What you'll need

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Qualification: Any Graduation.
• Primary skill area: Procurement Operations / Procurement Support (P2 roles referenced).
• Solve routine problems using precedent and general guidelines.
• Expected interactions within your team and direct supervisor.
• Decisions impact your own work.
