Procurement Practice New Associate

Overview

Support procurement operations by validating purchase requests, creating purchase orders, managing supplier pricing, and resolving order and invoice issues.

What you'll do

• Validate purchase requests against defined rules.
• Create purchase orders and maintain quality and service standards.
• Obtain and analyze supplier quotes or pricing for approval.
• Follow up on deliveries and resolve receipt-related issues.
• Resolve purchase request, purchase order, and invoice exceptions.
• Support dashboards, reporting, and operational excellence activities.
• Maintain client data protection standards.

What you'll need

• Any graduation degree.
• 0 to 1 years of experience.
• Computer literacy, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and use project-specific tools and templates.

Nice to have

• Internship or training in a corporate environment.
• Good Excel knowledge.
