Product Engineer

Overview

Product Engineer focused on Air Cooled Chiller product design and development, including technical leadership, project coordination, and support for manufacturing/maintenance.

What you'll do

• Develop and continuously improve the Air Cooled Chiller product development technical team.
• Work with the Engineering Manager to set annual work goals and supervise execution.
• Support Air Cooled product management with product development planning and roadmap execution.
• Coordinate project schedule and resources for Air-Cooled product development and timely new product introductions.
• Lead or participate in global Air-Cooled product development and improvement projects.
• Handle technical review for non-standard contract designs and deliver related technical documents.
• Provide technical support for manufacturing and maintenance and solve product technical problems.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• More than 5 years’ experience in Air Cooled Chiller design and development.
• At least five years of air conditioning and refrigeration system development experience.
• Familiarity with related product technical knowledge.
• Knowledge of domestic and international technical standards for related products.
• Good written and oral communication skills; ability to use various resources.
