Associate Engineer

Overview

Associate Engineer (Structural Analysis) to perform structural analyses of metallic aerospace components and support the product development lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Perform static, vibration, thermal, and fatigue analyses using hand calculations and FEA.
• Support the full product development lifecycle from design through validation and field troubleshooting.
• Assess structural performance using detailed engineering hand calculations and FEA analyses.
• Support design reviews, technical discussions, and engineering presentations.
• Investigate field observations, identify root causes, and develop technical solutions.
• Apply aerospace standards and DO-160G requirements for structural and environmental analyses.

What you'll need

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in static, vibration, thermal, and fatigue analysis of metallic structures.
• Hands-on experience with at least one commercial FEA package, preferably ANSYS Workbench, ANSYS Icepak, or ANSYS Sherlock.
• Strength of Materials knowledge and classical engineering hand-calculation methods.
• Experience with aerospace standards and DO-160G analysis requirements.
• Good technical writing skills for engineering documentation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline.
