Product Lead - Opterra - Financial Data Stack

Overview

Product Lead for Arcesium’s Financial Data Stack team, working on transaction and reference data modules for Opterra across trade lifecycle and OMS-to-accounting workflows.

What you'll do

• Define product specifications for FDS modules covering trade lifecycle, reference data, asset servicing, and OMS-to-accounting workflows.
• Gather requirements and align priorities with domain experts, engineering, client services, and prospect-facing teams.
• Research market standards and competitive behavior to guide platform treatment of financial data.
• Evaluate and respond to new asks by translating client requirements into product decisions.
• Identify and present opportunities for new features or product expansion with business cases.
• Build test cases for complex financial data scenarios across asset classes and lifecycle events.
• Use AI tools for research, analysis, and specification development.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of overall experience.
• 2+ years in product management.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle across equities, fixed income, derivatives, and FX.
• Familiarity with reference data, corporate actions, position keeping, and reconciliation.
• Experience managing requirements across engineering, operations, and client-facing teams.
• Clear written communication for specifications, release notes, and business cases.
• Firsthand experience with AI tools.
