Product Management - Senior Product Manager - Lending

Overview

Senior Product Manager for Lending responsible for owning digital product(s) end-to-end, from problem identification to strategy, execution, and outcome measurement.

What you'll do

• Own product vision, roadmap, prioritisation, and execution for product areas.
• Convert customer, business, and market problems into product requirements and scalable solutions.
• Drive features through discovery, definition, development, launch, measurement, and iteration.
• Lead launches and releases, ensuring adoption and measurable business impact.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Data, Analytics, Business, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Marketing.
• Continuously improve customer-facing UX, conversion, engagement, and satisfaction using data and experimentation.

What you'll need

• Engineering background (B.E./B.Tech or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong product management experience with end-to-end ownership from concept to launch and scale.
• FinTech/Lending/Payments/Financial Services experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage customer-facing digital products/assets at scale.
• Experience in stakeholder management with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience using AI/GenAI in product development or business use cases.
