Senior Product Manager (Technical) - Case Management

Overview

Senior Product Manager (Technical) owning the case-management product area across the insurance case lifecycle. You will lead roadmap, requirements, releases, and technical alignment with Engineering.

What you'll do

• Own the product roadmap and lifecycle for case-management capabilities from intake through underwriting, issuance, and placement.
• Lead technical discussions with Engineering and manage technical and business requirements end to end.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver product requirements, evaluate performance, and transition features to commercialization.
• Define delivery and deployment timelines for product, feature, maintenance, and service-pack releases.
• Align technology and architectural roadmap with product and business roadmap.
• Act as a technical liaison for product integration, custom development, and requirements.
• Lead major releases and mentor a lean team of Product Managers.

What you'll need

• 9+ years in Product Management including analyzing software/product design, development, and deployment.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s (or equivalent) degree in technology or related field.
• Strong background as a technical and functional Product Manager or Business/Product Analyst in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on understanding of API integration, SQL, and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, technology system interfaces, and data integration.
• Comfort operating with a high degree of latitude on complex issues.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering workflow-heavy or case/lifecycle-management products (new business, underwriting, claims, or servicing).
• UI/UX design sensibility and exposure to B2C products.
• Expert-level experience with Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) and related tooling.
• Coaching and mentoring Product Managers.
• Familiarity with data-privacy and regulatory requirements; Life & Annuity industry experience is preferred.
