Overview
Product Manager II for the Certinia implementation, owning business vision, functional scope, and delivery priorities for end-to-end services lifecycle support.
What you'll do
- Own the business roadmap and prioritize scope across Certinia implementation workstreams.
- Define project management practices for planning, execution, tracking, financials, and issue management.
- Govern project templates and reuse repeatable structures, tasks, milestones, assignments, and resource requests.
- Own resource management, including staffing, capacity, demand, scheduling, availability, and skills-based allocation.
- Own time and expense management processes up to time-to-billing controls and expense-to-invoicing linkage.
- Own billing event and billing flow design, including billing record identification, event generation, release to finance, and invoice readiness.
- Lead fit-gap decisions, UAT planning, defect triage, business sign-off, cutover, and go-live readiness; manage post-go-live enhancements and integrations.
What you'll need
- Hands-on experience with the Certinia platform.
- Strong understanding of project/resource management, skills, time entry, expenses, estimating, billing, and migration workstreams.
- Experience leading implementation decisions in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and business analysis skills.
- Ability to balance process design, user adoption, and implementation constraints.
- Ability to translate business requirements into backlog items, solution decisions, and release priorities across Certinia modules.
- Experience owning data migration scope, including cleansing, strategy, validation/reconciliation, and cutover readiness.
Nice to have
- Background in professional services operations, project accounting, services billing, or PSA transformation.
- Familiarity with Salesforce-based enterprise platforms and multi-system integrations.
- Experience with template-based rollout approaches, UAT, and post-launch optimization.
