Product Marketing Associate, Rewards

Overview

Product Marketing Associate, Rewards owns product marketing for a defined portfolio and drives success across the full product marketing lifecycle, from discovery through launch and iteration.

What you'll do

• Analyze qualitative and quantitative user data to find patterns, friction points, and opportunities across the product portfolio.
• Support and evolve Shopper Voice and Customer Advocacy research programs.
• Use AI tools to accelerate insight generation and improve inputs that shape growth strategy and marketing plans.
• Own product marketing for new and existing products across Discover & Validate through Optimize & Scale.
• Define product positioning and messaging grounded in behavioral data and user research.
• Develop and execute GTM plans across in-app surfaces, lifecycle messaging, and marketing channels.
• Monitor adoption and engagement post-launch, flag risks, and identify iteration opportunities.

What you'll need

• 0–2 years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, Consumer Research, or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking with comfort working with qualitative feedback, behavioral data, and survey results.
• Ability to turn complexity into clear insights or recommendations.
• Curiosity about AI tools and eagerness to use them.
