Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical walkthroughs to support customer decision-making.
• Understand customer needs and translate them into clear product recommendations and use cases.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal teams to ensure accurate updates on product features, pricing, and launch plans.
• Assist with lead qualification by identifying customer fit and articulating product benefits effectively.
• Coordinate onboarding support, including documentation, training, and troubleshooting guidance.
• Gather and report customer feedback to improve product messaging, features, and overall user experience.
• Track pipeline progress and maintain timely status updates to ensure delivery against targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong academic background including MBA or equivalent.
• Relevant education such as B. Pharmacy / D. Pharmacy or B.Sc.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Comfort working on-site in a customer-facing environment.
• Basic aptitude for learning product documentation, features, and competitive positioning quickly.
• Result-oriented mindset with strong ownership and attention to detail.
