Production Technology Coordinator

Overview

Production Technology Coordinator responsible for supporting and coordinating production technology tools, training, data management, and related website and compliance documentation.

What you'll do

• Act as the primary point of contact for operational and technical support for Matrix tools, systems, and workflows.
• Troubleshoot issues across email, scheduling, websites, and internal tools.
• Handle onboarding setup for new team members and manage offboarding access removal.
• Design and coordinate Matrix-related training programs and keep training materials updated in Confluence.
• Manage production-related data to ensure integrity and security, including backup and recovery procedures.
• Create and manage standardized email signatures and troubleshoot signature formatting issues.
• Build and maintain Matrix-related websites and landing pages, including updates and security/functional checks.

What you'll need

• Proven experience coordinating technology initiatives in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and aligning technology solutions with business objectives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing federal and state regulatory environment.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Minimum requirement: high school diploma or equivalent (additional coursework in finance or related field is advantageous).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
