Project Controller-Architecture and Engineering

Overview

Project Controller-Architecture and Engineering role supporting architecture and engineering project controls and project performance targets.

What you'll do

• Review performance trends and prepare analysis and cost impact and monthly project performance reports.
• Prepare cost reports tracking actual and committed costs against budgets.
• Update forecasts based on progress assessed through earned value, project team discussions, and other tools.
• Establish project budgets from proposal estimates and assist with project setup and execution.
• Coordinate with project personnel to develop Work Breakdown Structures.
• Recommend contractor invoices for approval and review client invoices for accuracy.
• Monitor KPIs including earned value, cost and schedule performance, and estimate-to-complete, and track unbilled and aged AR.

What you'll need

• BA/BS plus 4 years of related experience in project controls.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead the project controls function on small and large projects.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work with teams.
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn basic Federal Contract Requirements.
• US Citizenship is required due to the nature of the project work.
