Project Engineer Senior

Overview

Senior Project Engineer responsible for coordinating engineering changes, product configuration, and project implementation activities for WETS Deposition products. The role supports product ownership, new product and option introduction, and cross-functional issue closure.

What you'll do

• Coordinate medium-complexity engineering changes and product implementation activities.
• Develop cut-in and execution plans for engineering changes.
• Drive nonconformances, failure analyses, and problem reports to closure with Engineering and SQAD.
• Implement approved changes, including writing change orders for parts and FFF changes.
• Define lead times and cut-in strategies with Engineering and Product Management.
• Maintain product options, variants, item text, and bill-of-material structures.
• Track and publish team KPIs and support process improvements.

What you'll need

• B.E. or B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering with 5–8 years of experience, or M.E. or M.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 3–5 years of experience.
• Experience handling medium-complexity change orders.
• Ability to review and disposition problem reports with guidance.
• Ability to manage product options and variants with guidance.
• Ability to track and report task or project progress using project management techniques.
• Ability to resolve implementation strategy, item text, and bill-of-material structuring issues with guidance.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication equipment or capital equipment industries.
• Experience with supplier coordination, manufacturing execution, quality task forces, or field issue implementation.
• Awareness of DFX principles, product safety, and quality or reliability workflows.
• Exposure to product configuration, option and variant management, and bill-of-material structures.
