Project Engineering Manager - MRS1

Overview

Project Engineering Manager (MRS1) responsible for engineering compliance, requirement management, and delivery quality across TCMS and related subsystems.

What you'll do

• Monitor compliance with applicable codes, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.
• Interact daily with clients to interpret needs and represent them in the field.
• Interface TCMS with subsystems including signaling to ensure software deliverable quality.
• Prepare and review design documents and test specifications against customer design requirements.
• Support the T&C team during tests by providing technical information.
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate corrective actions.
• Manage factories’ progress and deliverables, and lead technical meetings with internal and external networks.

What you'll need

• Minimum 12 years of experience, including minimum 8 years in railway/metro.
• At least 2 years involvement in UTO/driverless trains (desirable).
• Project management and supervision skills.
• Decision-making, leadership, time management, and organization skills.
• Requirement management experience.
• Working experience with Japanese/European engineers (added advantage).
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Communication Engineering (preferred).
