Project Management Engineering

Overview

Coordinate engineering delivery across disciplines to support global project delivery. You will manage planning, governance, risk, performance monitoring, and engineering coordination to meet quality, schedule, and customer commitments.

What you'll do

• Drive engineering stage gates, design reviews, and design freezes.
• Monitor engineering schedules to support timely project delivery.
• Maintain engineering performance reporting and key performance indicators.
• Identify delivery risks and support practical mitigation actions.
• Coordinate interfaces across disciplines, projects, and supply chain.
• Support construction, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 6 to 10 years of project engineering or execution experience.
• Experience in power systems or multidisciplinary engineering delivery.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of engineering governance and quality processes.
• Knowledge of risk management and project controls.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
