Project Support Specialist

Overview

Provide cross-functional project support to help manage clinical studies efficiently. The role supports timelines, meetings, systems, training, study materials, communications, and project reporting.

What you'll do

• Create and maintain project timelines and distribute updates.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and file study records.
• Maintain clinical trial management system data, contacts, milestones, and enrolment projections.
• Coordinate study-specific training and maintain training records.
• Manage study system access, shared workspaces, email boxes, and user requests.
• Order, prepare, track, and distribute study supplies and materials.
• Support study communications, translations, reports, and safety-report distribution.

What you'll need

• A four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Clinical Trial Assistant, Clinical Support Specialist, or similar.
• Fluency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Professional-level English communication skills.
• Working knowledge of ICH-GCP, company SOPs, and regulatory guidance.
• Strong attention to detail and interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with flexibility and self-motivation.
