Record to Report Ops Associate

Overview

Record to Report Ops Associate supporting Finance Operations for financial consolidation and close activities, including data collection, reconciliation, and journal/ledger processing.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports and analyze financial outcomes.
• Reconcile transactions and support end-to-end close activities.
• Perform implementation of general ledger processes, including year-end closing and journalizing.
• Create and maintain ledgers, ledger currencies, budgets, and journal entries.
• Run interface reports and close books of accounts.
• Update close tasks, track completion, highlight risks, and communicate issues affecting the close timetable.
• Prepare reconciliations, investigate exceptions, and post approved corrections.

What you'll need

• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Any graduation.
• Experience with end-to-end month-end close, subledger close, journal processing, and balance-sheet reconciliation.
• Ability to do peak-close prioritization, variance research, open-item management, and supporting commentary.
• Expected interactions within your team and direct supervisor.
• Maintain close and reconciliation evidence to support audits and contribute to close-cycle improvement.
