Regional Sales Manager

Overview

Regional Sales Manager role managing pharma sales planning, sales team performance, and customer/KOL relationships for a defined area.

What you'll do

• Analyse market trends and develop an area sales plan.
• Strengthen relationships with top doctors in the area.
• Coach team members on sales skills, including in-clinic effectiveness.
• Manage performance and development of team members.
• Lead area business development planning, target setting, and territory planning reviews.
• Oversee reporting and analysis, including weekly and monthly sales trackers.

What you'll need

• Have 4–5 years pharma sales work experience.
• Have at least 2 years of sales leadership experience (mandatory).
• Have good communication and presentation skills.
• Have good knowledge of therapeutic area and product segment.
• Demonstrate analytical skills and people management skills.
• Have time management, delegation, and prioritization skills.
