Regional VP of Revenue, InSEA

Overview

Regional VP of Revenue for InSEA to own end-to-end revenue performance across Sales and Customer Success/Growth. Lead the commercial organization and drive aggressive regional scaling for the next three years.

What you'll do

• Own InSEA regional revenue targets with predictable pacing and disciplined yearly execution.
• Drive net-new acquisition and baseline protection plus share-of-wallet expansion over the next three years.
• Direct pipeline generation and go-to-market execution across gaming and non-gaming advertisers.
• Expand share-of-wallet within the existing customer base and drive fast, repeatable upsells based on performance.
• Increase iOS product penetration and launch/grow new growth products including CTV and Influencer.
• Run operating cadence for forecasting, pipeline inspection, account planning, and execution.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience across Sales, Customer Success, or General Management in high-growth environments.
• 5+ years leading teams in the Greater China market.
• Track record of aggressive, multi-year scaling with direct accountability for growth, retention, and expansion.
• Ability to manage Sales and Customer Success/Growth teams under one leader as a single revenue system.
• Experience operating within or alongside a performance marketing DSP, mobile advertising platform, or adjacent ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of the Greater China mobile advertising ecosystem, including channels and measurement norms.
