Relationship Manager (Tamil speaker) - Relocation to Armenia

Overview

Relationship Manager (Tamil-speaking) responsible for converting qualified leads into active clients and growing an assigned client portfolio.

What you'll do

• Contact qualified leads from Marketing and Partnerships and drive timely activation and conversion.
• Guide prospects through onboarding and initial funding.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with assigned clients across approved voice, social, and digital channels.
• Identify inactive or at-risk clients and support retention or reactivation efforts.
• Meet KPIs for revenue, deposits, conversion, activity, and other commercial measures.
• Use CRM data and reports to prioritise relationship activity and improve portfolio outcomes.

What you'll need

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in relationship management, sales, or client-facing commercial roles.
• Fluency in English and Tamil (spoken and written).
• Strong working knowledge of FX/CFD products, trading terminology, and account types.
• Confident use of CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and MS Office.
• Ability to manage client relationships and deliver against commercial KPIs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to explain information clearly and adapt to clients.
• Ability to maintain accurate and complete CRM records.
