Overview

Rep I, Business Operations supports employment and tenant screening operations for identity verification, disclosures, dispute resolution, and back-office processing while meeting compliance and service level commitments.

What you'll do

• Review and validate identity verification documents for accurate consumer verification.
• Process customer/consumer requests according to FCRA and established procedures.
• Investigate and resolve consumer disputes while maintaining regulatory compliance and quality standards.
• Complete recommendation transactions and screening workflows within defined SLAs.
• Respond to customer and consumer inquiries via email with timely and accurate resolutions.
• Conduct outbound calls to U.S. courts, government agencies, and public record sources for criminal case information.
• Document research findings and verification outcomes in designated systems and tools.

What you'll need

• Strong attention to detail for accurate document review and verification.
• Good typing skills and data entry proficiency with high accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence interacting professionally via outbound calls with customers and external contacts.
• Basic understanding of U.S. employment/tenant screening processes or willingness to learn.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Details

• Work mode: hybrid with regular virtual work and in-person time at an assigned office location for at least two days per week.
• Location: Chennai.
