Overview

Representative I role in BPS Operations Processing at FIS, ensuring accurate and timely Compliance Tests and Form 5500 filings for US 401(k) and 403(b) plan sponsors.

What you'll do

• Perform tasks to ensure compliance with work group and client-specific procedures to guarantee adherence to service level agreements.
• Perform Nondiscrimination testing and prepare Form 5500 for customers under this client umbrella.
• Ensure the security of client data subject to compliance testing and Form 5500.
• Work with appropriate systems and ensure accuracy of Compliance testing reports and Form 5500 filings.
• Ensure quality in service delivery to the end customer of the client.
• Work on assigned Nondiscrimination and Form 5500 work in a timely manner.
• Interact with onshore stakeholders via email to resolve data-related issues for Compliance testing and Form 5500 work.

What you'll need

• Graduate.
• Minimum 0-5 years of experience in Nondiscrimination testing/Form 5500.
• Establish strong relationships with onshore counterparts and handle data issues, identifying discrepancy or insufficiency of data to complete compliance testing and 5500.
• Strong PC skills with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel.
• Knowledge of US Retirement: 401(k) and 403(b) plans.
• Customer-driven, focusing on providing the highest quality services to FIS internal and external clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to complete Compliance testing / Form 5500 work within the given timelines.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and conduct sensitive assignments.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in Relius Admin / Relius Govt. Form.
• Eye for detail, especially for processes like Compliance Testing and 5500.
• Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external clients.
• Effective analytical, problem-solving, team, and time management skills.
