Job description

Overview

Support patient preference research projects by contributing to research methods, data collection, analysis, and client deliverables.

What you'll do

  • Perform background and literature reviews.
  • Help develop preference elicitation instruments.
  • Interview patients and physicians.
  • Analyze qualitative data using appropriate software.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing of data collection instruments.
  • Support client deliverables, including slide decks and reports.
  • Manage communication with vendors and research partners.

What you'll need

  • Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline and at least one year of relevant experience.
  • Alternatively, a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline and 2–3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience collecting primary data from patients.
  • Understanding of preference elicitation techniques such as DCE, BWS, or MCDA swing weighting.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with STATA, SAS, MATLAB, or R.
  • Experience with ATLAS.ti.

Details

  • Remote role in District of Columbia, United States.
  • Travel required 10–30% of the time.
  • Standard Monday–Friday work schedule.
