S2P Solution Specialist

Overview

S2P Solution Specialist role in Sanofi Global Hub (India), supporting S2P-related operational inquiries and workflows.

What you'll do

• Provide first-line support and follow established procedures to resolve routine S2P issues.
• Troubleshoot basic issues within enterprise systems like Coupa and SHIFT.
• Accurately track incoming requests/issues in the centralized team tracker.
• Assist with approval workflows and lifecycle tasks using established SOPs and work instructions.
• Serve as initial point of contact for basic stakeholder inquiries and route them to resources/FAQs.
• Perform initial triage from the intake form, log/track issues, and support data entry/cleansing.

What you'll need

• 1–3 years of procurement experience in a coordination/administrative/operational support role for purchase orders, contracting, and vendor invoices/payments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Experience with SmartSheet, SAP (SHIFT), and Coupa.
• Ability to support up to 12:30 PM EST for NA colleagues (as stated in working hours).
• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• English fluency.
