Sales Development Representative

Overview

Drive outbound sales development for prospective accounts in an assigned territory. Engage potential clients, qualify opportunities, and partner with sales teams to achieve targets.

What you'll do

• Contact potential clients through outbound cold calls and emails.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Seek new business opportunities in the market.
• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
• Partner effectively across sales teams and with customers.
• Represent the company’s security product offering as a subject matter expert.

What you'll need

• 6 months to 1+ years of experience in business development, sales account executive, or a similar role.
• Ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team.
• Ability to understand customer pain points and connect business needs to value.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and time demands while achieving production goals.
• Hands-on experience with sales techniques including cold calling.
• BA/BS degree or relevant experience.
