Sales Development Representative, India

Overview

Axis Communications is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative based in Bangalore, India, to support growth across APAC. The role works with Inside Sales Account Executives and sales and marketing teams and reports to the Senior Manager, Demand Generation Operations, APAC.

What you'll do

• Qualify inbound leads and execute outbound sales campaigns to drive new business.
• Maintain Salesforce data integrity, verify new partners and ensure all account and contact data is validated.
• Activate dormant partner accounts and verify newly registered partners in the leads portal.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and generate high-quality leads for Account Executives.
• Drive Learning Management System (LMS) activities and represent Axis at B2B marketing events and AEC visits.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years in Sales Development, Inside Sales, or Business Development roles.
• Currently based in Bangalore, India, with a strong track record in the local market.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.io.
• Proven success in prospecting, booking high-volume meetings, and exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong sales, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong English communication skills to engage with leads and collaborate with the rest of the team, and a solid grasp of sales methodologies.
